Maybe just preference of G.skill over OCZ but:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820227406

the power supply link has been deactivated but it shows similar items, looks good

Your mobo cannot SLi, if you want Sli capability go with EVGA LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 750i SLI FTW.
If you dont ever plan to SLi go with either one of these
As for the video card get this its only $10 more(after rebate) and it comes overclocked,
XFX GeForce GTX 260 Black Edition Core 216

RAM: G.SKILL PI Black 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)

As for the power supply you dont need 850w. For SLi go with the 750w Corsair and for only a single card go with the 550w or 650w.

Also my recommendation for a cooler: XIGMATEK Dark Knight-S1283V

What is your budget and what are you wanting to do with your new computer?
What games and programs will you be running on it?
Do you need a Monitor, Mouse, Keyboard, Speakers, or O.S.?

I think that you could get similar or better components than those you listed and save $1-200 - but it would be helpful to know more about your plans/wishes for your new system. :-)

Unless you are sold on Intel for some reason, your best value out there on CPUs right now is the AM3 Deneb series - 3.2ghz Quad Core that overclocks to insane levels for $245 @ newegg is a no brainer....

Also the GTX275 is little improvement over the 260 Core 216 - it will give you 5 or less more FPS in a few games, at a much higher price.

GPU: $299 is pricey but that's a GTX 285 monster here too... your most important piece for all that heavy gaming...

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130480

CPU & Mobo Combo: $325 for 3.2ghz quad core and SLI mobo...

http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboD...t=Combo.190735

PSU: I don't think you will find another name brand PSU with 4 6 pin connectors at $99

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817139006

that's $750... if you use your original posted Hard Drive, Memory, and Case you come out to $995.... and you could beat those prices, I just don't have time at the moment to look them up.... maybe later

You could go i7 with a 4890 for $1300

http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/Pu...umber=15478427

That has 2 4890s, but in cart its $1265 + $33 in shipping = $1298 (With this combo)

Also if you live near a Micro Center you can pick up the i7 for $230.
